1. Custom Products

1.1 Non-Returnable Items

All our products are custom-made to your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom products unless they meet the criteria outlined in Section 2.

1.2 Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that all designs, text, and details submitted during the customization process are accurate. Batt Wrapz is not responsible for errors in submitted designs.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

2.1 Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

The product is defective due to a manufacturing error.

The product does not match the design submitted.

2.2 Reporting an Issue

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

Your order number.

A clear description of the issue.

Photos of the product and the issue.

2.3 Resolution Process

Upon verifying the issue, we will:

Offer a replacement free of charge.

Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

3.1 Before Production

Orders can be modified or cancelled only if they have not entered production. Contact us immediately if you wish to make changes.

3.2 After Production

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

4. Shipping Issues

4.1 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4.2 Incorrect Shipping Address

Batt Wrapz is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order.
